Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for a hungry and ambitious individual who is looking to jumpstart his or her sales career. You will educate the market, pitch value proposition, identify qualified leads, and generate interest in optical retail market. They can be both independent and chain optical stores. This is a rare opportunity to make an impact in telemedicine and fundamentally change the doctor/patient relationship in optical retail. This is a great opportunity to learn the ropes of b2b sales process.


What you’ll do:

  • Make 100+ outbound phone calls per day to optical retail stores.
  • Book meetings/ demos with qualified leads and hand off to sales director
  • Educate optical retailers on the benefit of ocular telemedicine
  • Document all activities on salesforce and build a pipeline
  • Growth path: Move to a senior sales role with added responsibility to conduct demos and close sales after 6 months of successfully
  • executing the above 4 tasks

About you:

  • Hungry as hell
  • Self-motivated: you have a demonstrated history of being a sales hunter. You are comfortable with rejection.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written settings
  • Eager to learn
  • Have a special interest in healthcare
