Operation Manager

We are looking for a hungry and ambitious individual who is looking to continue grow in operations. You will manage our end-to-end operations and report to director of operations. You are a champion of details and organization. This individual will work closely with the customer success, sales, product, and software teams. This is a rare opportunity to make an impact in telemedicine and fundamentally change the doctor/patient relationship in optical retail.


What you’ll do:

Customer Ops:

– Managing logistics between sales, customer success and manufacturing teams.

– Scale the system for rapid growth in multiple markets


– Manage bookkeeping, taxes, Invoicing, and bill payment

Internal Dashboard:

– Maintain daily, weekly,and monthly metrics, report to company and leadership team


About you:

  • College degree with 2+ years experience in similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully scaling operations at a startup
  • Well versed in multiple software applications used for billing and logistics
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Analytically minded – experience with measuring and reporting metrics
